What do I have to do?

Think about these four things:

This will help me create the perfect trip for you.

How long does planning take?

That depends on the trip and how much you want me to plan. Normally, around 1 week should be enough.

How much does this cost?

I’ll charge a deposit for the
planning, a small cost per day
of your trip and a fee for visas and any hotels and transportation I book for you.

But! You can pick and choose which services you’re looking for and I will share my price costs if you contact me below.

do you need personal info?

If you’d like me to do your bookings for you, yes, I will need some personal info.

If you only want a plan, then no, you’re free to remain anonymous.

Any information you give for bookings will not be shared with anyone else and kept secure.

How do you pay for visas, etc?

Visas will have to be paid in the embassies yourself, and I will charge a separate fee for my help in organising and managing everything.

can I contact you during my trip?

Of course! I’m your travel advisor! 

If anything goes wrong or changes need to be made, I’ll be happy to work with you on a solution to make your trip as good as it can be!  

I’m here to make sure your travel is smooth and enjoyable.

Can I do just one service?

Yes! Do you only need visas? Or flights/transport? Or just a plan?

I’m happy to help you with anything you need for your trip.

what if my visa is rejected?

I can help you to file an appeal for free as part of my service until you get your visa.

If it really doesn’t work out, I’ll be happy to brainstorm some new travel destinations!
